St Philip Howard After School Club

St Philip Howard ASC aims to provide a warm, caring and safe environment for your children to play, socialise and learn and supports inclusion for children with additional needs.

We believe that your children should be happy and content in a “home away from home” environment where they are encouraged to try new things, are supervised both educationally and emotionally and are given the freedom to express themselves for the unique individuals they are.

They will be cared for by friendly, supportive and positive members of staff who are dedicated to ensuring your children have access to a variety of interesting and challenging activities to choose from and respond to the individual interests, talents and needs of the children.

“Individually we all make our own noise but together we are a symphony”

We offer a range of activities from soft play, art and crafts, cooking, outside play, muddy play in the woods, sports, dancing, movies and a variety of games and toys.

Each week we concentrate on a different topic. We have looked at a variety of different things and some of our favourites have been 'Aliens love Underpants', Space, Fireworks, Chinese New Year, Valentines Day and Winter.

Lately we have been lucky enough to use the new food tech equipment and explore our topics with food.

We have made valentines' biscuits, magicians hat and pancakes to name a few.
