Thank you for all the blogs you have sent and for all the lovely emails too - it's great to hear how you are all getting on at home. Remember you can send photos/videos for us to use on the blogs.

Remember, as well as the activities detailed below, you all have continuous learning opportunities on MyMaths, Spellzone, BugClub and Times Tables Rock Stars.

If you, or your parents, have any questions, please email your questions to us at:

This week we would like you to keep a diary of your Easter holidays. You can write a short diary entry of each day in your home learning book or blog it every day.

Activities that you could write about:

an interesting movie that you have seen

an Easter egg hunt that you have organised for your siblings

some Easter art that you have produced

a new skill that your have acquired.

a meal that you have cooked.

RE

During your Easter holidays, we would like you to make an EASTER garden. This garden must be religious in nature. Please use anything from home. The scene could include the resurrection and/or the 3 crosses. I will include some examples on my blog.

Examples of items to use: grass, stones, sticks, Lego, recycling, building blocks and food items.

We would also like you to complete one or both of the following:

A   Design a piece of ART with a faith-filled or joyful message. Write a paragraph to explain your work.

B   Write a poem, song, or psalm with a message of hope/good news.

Information

  1. The art can be 2D or 3D and created using any media/materials. It can be based on quotes from Scripture (such as stories about Jesus, psalms, words from prophets/apostles) or from saints/popes. Write/type a paragraph to explain your work and its relevance.
  2. Inspire others with words of hope in whichever style you prefer. This can be handwritten, typed, decorated, recorded or performed, whichever you would prefer. Link to Christ and Scripture where you can.
