Spring Week 2
People who help us
This week we have been learning all about firefighters. Unfortunately the firefighters were unable to come into school. They sent us a video that they had made which told us all about their job and how they help people. They were able to do a 'drive by'. We got to see the fire engine with the lights flashing, the siren was very loud.
In class we read a story about Charlie the firefighter and have been writing about firefighters. We used big boxes to make a fire engine which even has a siren! We are really enjoying being fire fighters.
