This week’s key learning:
Maths – I understand what an array is. I can double. I can make groups to share and solve problems.
English – I can write descriptions about myself and how Tom was feeling. I can use question marks in my sentences.
Phonics - I know ow and ou. I know oi and oy.
Reading books – I can find and read ou and oy words. I can read sentences. I can answer questions about what I have read. This week’s books are: At the Toy Shop, The Trout Fishing Song
Religious Education – Miracles – Helping Others - I am beginning to understand how compassion motivates many people to act for the good of others. I can reflect on how we help one another,
White Rose Maths
This week you will be completing Summer Term Week 8 (15th June) Multiplication and Division. Make sure you watch the short clips first. This will help you complete the activities.
Monday - Lesson 1 – Arrays

This week we continue to look at The Great Explorer.
Monday - Handwriting (using the week's spelling words)

Wednesday – Reading (feelings)
Thursday – Writing (Describing yourself as an explorer)Friday - spelling test and creative writing
Spelling – Practice two spellings a day. Then on Friday have a spelling test.
Phonics -This weeks sounds are the ‘ou’ and ‘oy’
