W/C 18th May 2020
Hi Year 2,
We hope that you are all well and working hard at home for your parents. We are missing you all very much!
Let us start this week with a prayer:
The Glory Be
Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Remember to keep sending us some photos of your work and what you have been doing with your family. It really does cheer us up! We hope you all have a lovely week.

RE - Pentecost
Read p80, p81 and p82 with an adult.
Discuss with an adult the questions in 'Pause to talk.'
Task 1 -
The Holy Spirit also comes to us, often in a gentle way, helping and guiding us, calming and comforting us.
Create your own picture of the gentle Holy Spirit.
You could use paint, collage or any other materials you have at home. Below we have attached some images to help you. It would be nice if you sent us a photo of your completed piece of art.
Task 2 -
Pretend you are one of the disciples and write a diary entry explaining what happened.
Here are some questions to guide your writing:
- What happened to you when the Holy Spirit came?
- How did you feel?
- What did you do?
- What will you do next.
