Welcome back to Home Learning ! We hope you had a lovely half term break and are ready to get going on your learning again. This is the last half term before the summer holidays, so make it count! We know that a few children more children will be joining us at school from today but we will be doing the same work that you are doing at home, so no one will be 'left behind.'
It would be great to have some photos of work from some more people, or even just photos of what you have been up to.
Have a lovely week

Maths
We are using White Rose maths - Summer Term week 4.
All the resources you need are below, so you don't need to go to the website.
Please take the time to watch the videos, they explain the learning very well and will help you to remember it.
English
There is a new booklet for the next few weeks, based around poems and a book extract.
This week is week 5 you will:
Read a poem about packed lunches & answer questions about it
Write a persuasive poster
Practise your spelling
Improve some dull sentences.
There is a also a great picture from Pobble 365 with some ideas for story writing and sentence improving. You sent in some great pictures and stories last time.
Remember handwriting is important, don't let all that practising at school go to waste, so try to do at least some of your of work in your best handwriting.
There will also be a task on Spellzone to complete.
PHSE
Since school ended on the 20th March, we have been in 'lockdown' to keep us all as safe and well as possible. It has been a very unusual time. Some people have enjoyed it and others have found it very challenging. We may have discovered things about ourselves, perhaps you missed friends much more than you thought you would, or maybe you have realised that you quite like having time to yourself?
This week we are going to use the resources below to have a think about 'Lockdown' and what it has meant to us.
Art
Our topic over the next half term is Living Things and Their Habitats. This week we are going to have a go at drawing our own version of the garden birds that we often see around us.
Imagine seeing birds like this on a bird feeder!
Then we are going to use this video to help us draw a bird we often see in gardens, the Blue Tit.
"We are part of God's family. We follow the way of Jesus by loving, learning and doing our best."
Awards we have achieved so far.
