Don’t forget lots of websites have great ideas for free home learning. Try to learn some new skills. By the time you get back to school, you should have learnt ALL your times tables & be able to tell the time on an analogue clock.

If you didn’t finish last week’s activities you can carry on with them.

English

This is probably our last piece of work based on Leon & the Place Between.

Last week you write a diary entry for Leon. This week you are going to plan and write part of the story.

Starting from when Leon got into the box…..

“Inside the box was not a box……”

  • Write notes to Plan four paragraphs
  1. Description of tumbling into the Place Between & how you feel.
  2. Meeting a character in the place (you can create one). Include some speech between the two characters.
  3. A description of the carpet ride and the sights you see.
  4. How you leave the place and rejoin the crowd.

Turn your notes into 4 great paragraphs.
