W/C 8th June 2020

Dear Year 6,

Our science topic for this half term is 'Darwin's Delights'. To introduce the topic this week, you will be researching Charles Darwin and creating a mind map with the information.

Thank you to those of you who responded to our emails last week, and sent your yearbook entries. We hope you have been practicing, singing and dancing to, your Leavers' Song too - Justin Timberlake's 'Can't Stop the Feeling!'

The following two YouTube links will help you and give you some ideas for dance moves!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ru0K8uYEZWw

We have split the song in to 4 equal parts: part 1 (lines 1-14), part 2 lines (15-33), part 3 lines (34-55) and part 4 (lines 56-70). Each of you will sing 1 part out of the 4 parts - see attached list for further explanation. Each part is approximately one minute long and we will provide more information next week about how to record your part of the song.

Stay safe & keep dancing!
