Maths I can count in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s and solve problems adding equal groups.

English I have read and thought about what Tom packed for his trip. I have written sentences using first, then and next. I have used capital letters, full stops and finger spaces correctly. I have practised the spellings and handwriting activities.

Phonics - I know all the ur alternative family sounds.  (ir, er, ear)

Reading books – I can find and read ur words. I can read sentences. I can answer questions about what I have read.  This week’s books are: Sunflowers, The third Whirligig

Religious Education – Miracles – The Storm at Sea -  I know that Jesus showed his great power when he calmed the wind and the waves. I can reflect that we can ask Jesus to help us when we are afraid.
