Week 2 Changing water
This week we looked at water, how it changes when its cold and when its warm and the different things we do with water. We looked at pictures of water - sea, lakes, taps, tea, icicles. We discussed the different uses we have for water in our lives. The children then explored water, frozen water, coloured water and painting with water.
In maths the children looked at making the number 4, what different ways can it be made and shown.
With the wet weather the children went to forest school briefly and then spent their time at the trim trail. With all the rain the children had great fun playing in the rain with wetsuits and wellies on, there was lots of splashing and transporting rain water.
