Rainbow Week 7- At the Beach

The topic for this week has been about At the Beach. We have been looking at and talking about different beaches. The children had fun looking at some interesting things that Miss Aitken had found at the beach (crab shells, seaweed, eggs)

Our Drawing Club book this week has been Pirate Pete. The children have enjoyed the book changing everyday, it has been a very funny book. We are working hard on our sentences, ensuring we talk our sentence through, and sound each word out very carefully. 

Our Maths has been about counting beyond 20. 

In RE, we have been learning how everyone is a friend of Jesus. We made friendship bracelets and we made a poem together called 'If Jesus visited me'.  

In PE we have been practising big and small movements.
