Little Red Riding Hood

Our topic book and Drawing Clun book for the week is Little Red Riding Hood. 
We will be retelling and acting out the story. In Drawing Club we are focusing on using more digraph sounds and tricky words in our writing. The children are being encouraged to read what they have written to ensure that it make sense.

In maths we will be thinking about the composition of five and ensuring that children know all they ways that they can make 5.

In our Religious Education we will be continuing to talk about The Church and will be following up from our visit to St Peter's Church last week.

P.E. will be focused on the word under. In Forest School we will be making bug hotels and as part of our minibeast topic we will be hunting for spiders and webs, drawing them and having a go at making webs.
