The Gingerbread Man
On Monday we had a visit from Animal Encounters. We were able to hold all the different minibeasts (except for the Tarantula). We found out lots of interesting facts about minibeasts.
This Week our topic and Drawing Club book is The Gingerbread Man. We continue to write simple sentences, although some children are challenging themselves and writing much more.
In maths we are comparing numbers, this includes ordering and positioning on a number line.
In our P.E. lesson we were working on the word 'Under', we took part in lots of activities which involved going under.
The Holy Spirit as our helper is the theme for our Religious Education lessons as we begin to think about Pentecost.
In the forest we will be making wands, we will also be designing boats to get the Gingerbread Man safely across the river and making Gingerbread Men on Friday.
