Week 2 - Me and my Family

 This week our focus is 'Our Families', we will be reading 'Once There Were Giants' and looking at the photographs of their families that you have sent into school.

We will continue to listen to and make sounds as part of the Phase 1 phonics in preparation for starting Phase 2 Phonics next week (starting to learn letters and sounds).

We will be introducing a simplified version of Drawing Club, encouraging the children to be a little creative using some familiar stories.

In Religious Education we will be learning that God made me and God loves everyone.

We will also be doing some music, mark making, painting and number rhymes and songs.
