The Importance of Leadership

Leadership instils confidence, and helps children solve problems creatively, work in a team, and work collaboratively with others. Leadership gives children many opportunities to develop responsibility. Leadership skills allow children to have control of their lives and the ability to make things happen.

We hope that all of our children have the opportunity to be leaders.

Within school opportunities start in the classroom. Children have the opportunity in Key Stage 2 to become leaders for the wider community.
